Sailing in Spain & Hiking the Canary Islands

We spent December in Valencia, the “City of Light.” Walking along sunny beaches, biking the streets and parks and waterfront, sailing on the Mediterranean – We couldn’t have had a better city to close out 2019. This was one of my favorite places, and I cannot wait to go back and explore the rest of Spain.

I also got the chance to visit Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands. Beautiful green mountains, crashing Atlantic Ocean waves, and winding roads along the sea made for a sweet escape.
